gbaje Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

To register a gbaje account, you must be at least 21 years of age. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. gbaje reserves the right to verify any information provided and to request supporting documentation at any time, including but not limited to national ID, passport, or date of birth verification. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and permanent exclusion from the platform. Each individual may hold only one gbaje account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Any balances or pending withdrawals associated with duplicate accounts may be voided. gbaje services are intended for use by eligible players in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using gbaje is lawful in their jurisdiction.

All deposits to your gbaje account must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. gbaje accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer to process depending on the bank and time of transfer. gbaje does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which gbaje is not responsible. gbaje reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made from a stolen payment instrument, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the corresponding deposit.
• Any active bonus amounts and associated wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
• gbaje may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal. This may include proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership.
• gbaje reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawal requests that trigger fraud prevention checks or that appear inconsistent with normal player activity.

gbaje offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be completed before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover is stated on each offer page.
• Bonuses are only available to players who have not previously held a gbaje account, unless the offer is explicitly described as a reload or existing-player promotion.
• gbaje reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Attempting to abuse or exploit any bonus or promotion — including using multiple accounts, providing false information to claim an offer, or engaging in collusive play — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any associated funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gbaje account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. gbaje will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify gbaje immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting [email protected]. Additional security obligations include:

• You must use a strong, unique password for your gbaje account and must not reuse passwords from other services.
• You must not access your gbaje account from shared or public devices without taking appropriate precautions, including logging out after each session.
• gbaje employs SSL encryption across the platform. However, you acknowledge that no online security system is entirely infallible, and you agree to exercise reasonable personal caution in protecting your account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbaje platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their account suspended immediately and any associated funds may be forfeited. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage on the platform or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players, sharing information about live hands or in-play positions to gain a collective advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the gbaje platform for money laundering or any other financially criminal purpose.

All content on the gbaje platform — including but not limited to the gbaje brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of gbaje or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the gbaje platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the gbaje platform without prior written consent.
• Use the gbaje brand name, logo or any associated marks in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest endorsement without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the gbaje platform.
• Create derivative works based on gbaje content without explicit written permission.

gbaje provides its platform and all associated services on an "as is" basis. While gbaje makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical failures. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbaje shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the platform; (c) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond gbaje's reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits gbaje's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by gbaje's negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the gbaje platform or believe an error has occurred in the settlement of a bet or casino game, you should contact gbaje support in the first instance. The complaints process is as follows:

• Submit your complaint in writing to [email protected], including your account details, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or transaction references.
• gbaje will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and aim to provide a final response within 30 days of receipt.
• gbaje's decision in response to any complaint will be made in good faith based on the information available. Where a technical error is confirmed, gbaje will take reasonable corrective action.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. gbaje reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where gbaje reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where required by legal or regulatory obligation. Where gbaje terminates an account due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be forfeited. gbaje will notify the account holder of a closure decision where it is reasonable and lawful to do so.

gbaje collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering a gbaje account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. gbaje will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is processed for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. Players wishing to exercise their data rights — including access, rectification, or erasure — should contact [email protected]. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. gbaje makes no representation that the platform or the materials on the platform are appropriate or available for use in any particular location outside of its intended market. Players are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable to their use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and gbaje with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings.
